The Ugly Truth About DRINK COFFEE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

1. Causes of gallbladder contraction

If you get gallstones frequently, then you should avoid drinking coffee on an empty stomach. This can cause your gall bladder to contract, which means that it shrinks and no longer functions properly.

You may experience loss of appetite, sharp pain, vomiting, jaundice and diarrhoea. While this is not always something to worry about and can be a regular digestive process, it can be painful and uncomfortable!

2. Anxiety

What would you rather do – start the day a little tired or be a paralyzing ball of fear? This could be the reality if you start your morning with coffee. In the meantime, there are numerous studies that show that caffeine in coffee is associated with anxiety.

The condition is known as caffeine-induced anxiety disorder and can trigger anxiety attacks and even lead to phobias and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Giving up caffeine quickly could be an excellent idea!
